  • Sourcing & Fulfillment: Our products are fulfilled through our trusted supply chain partners. While we source exclusively from US-based warehouses to ensure faster delivery, occasional delays may occur due to high demand or carrier issues.

  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. By providing your payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Delivery Estimates: Since our products ship from US warehouses, estimated delivery times are generally 3–7 business days for standard shipping. These are estimates and not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier performance.
  • Risk of Loss: All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our separate Refund & Return Policy for detailed instructions. In summary:

  • Defective Items: We offer free replacements or refunds for items that arrive damaged or defective.
  • Change of Mind: Returns for non-defective items are accepted within 30 days, provided the item is unused and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Warranty: As per CJ’s standard policy, orders include a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery for manufacturing defects. This is already covered in Section 1 of the Refund Policy .
