REFUND POLICY
At Cree8 Peace, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Return Eligibility We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and components included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper assembly, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for a return or refund.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as final sale
- Downloadable or digital products
- Items returned after the 30-day window
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, contact us at Steven@cree8peace.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item if it is damaged or defective. Do not send your item back without first receiving written authorization from our team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
Return Shipping free
Inspection & Refund Processing Once your returned item is received at our fulfillment center, it will be inspected within 5–7 business days. You will be notified by email of the inspection result.
- No refund will be issued until the returned item has been received and inspected.
- If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection is complete.
- If the return is denied (e.g., item shows signs of use or damage not present at delivery), we will notify you and the item may be returned to you at your expense.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at steven@cree8peace.com with your order number and clear photos or video of the damage. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Lost Packages If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier. Please allow up to 7 business days for the investigation to be completed before a resolution is offered.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase (subject to this policy) and place a new order.
