Thank you for shopping with us! We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us (steven@cree8peace.com) within 30 days of delivery.

• Provide clear photos or a short video showing the issue.
• We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
• In most cases, you will not need to return the faulty item.

2. Change of Mind or Wrong Size We understand that sometimes an item might not be exactly what you expected. If you wish to return an item due to change of mind, wrong size, or personal preference:

• You must contact us (steven@cree8peace.com) within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization.
• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
• Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as swimwear, underwear, or personalized products) cannot be returned unless they are defective.

4. How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please email us at [steven@cree8peace.com] with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with further instructions and, if applicable, a return address.
