SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Cree8 Peace! We're committed to getting your electric bike to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times We ship to the United States and internationally. Estimated delivery times after processing are:

  • United States: 7–15 business days
  • Canada, UK, Australia, Europe: 15–25 business days
  • Rest of World: 20–35 business days

Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high demand periods.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free shipping promotions may be available — check our current offers at checkout.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment's progress. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing or shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support.cree8peace@gmail.com so we can open an investigation with the carrier and work toward a resolution.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Cree8 Peace is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support.cree8peace@gmail.com— we can only make changes before the order has been processed.
