Because we ship our premium wellness products directly from our global manufacturing partners to eliminate middleman markups, we are able to pass those massive savings directly onto you while maintaining the highest product quality.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are received and processed through our automated fulfillment system within 1 to 3 business days.

• Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.
• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We utilize premium, high-speed delivery lines (including AliExpress Choice and expedited standard tracking) to ensure your package arrives safely.

• Standard Insured Shipping: 7 to 15 business days.
• Shipping Cost: Free for all orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat-rate shipping fee of $4.95 will be applied at checkout.

Note: Delivery times are estimates. While 95% of our packages arrive within the 7-15 business day window, occasional customs clearances, global supply strain, or postal delays can occur.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your unique tracking number(s) once your order has officially shipped. The tracking number will become active and trackable within 48 hours of receipt. You can track your package anytime directly through our Track Your Order page on our website.

4. Multiple Packages Notice

Because we utilize DSers automation to fulfill items directly from specialized global warehouses, items in the same purchase may occasionally be shipped in separate packages, even if you specified combined shipping.

If you receive one part of your order first, do not panic—the remaining items are safely on their way in a separate parcel and can be tracked using the distinct tracking codes provided.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Cree8 Peace is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your product arrives damaged during transit, please take clear photos or videos of the packaging and the item immediately and contact our support team at [Your Store Support Email] within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly arrange a complimentary replacement shipment for you.
