We are proud to offer fast domestic shipping by fulfilling all orders directly from our US-based warehouses.

1. Processing Time All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Since your order ships from within the United States, you can expect much faster delivery times compared to international shipping.

3. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system. You can use this number to monitor your package’s journey to your doorstep.

4. Customs & Duties Because all our products ship from US warehouses to US addresses, there are no customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees for domestic orders.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages While rare, packages can occasionally be lost or stolen during transit. If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven’t received your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. If it remains missing, contact us (steven@cree8peace.com) so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
